Once our client list began to increase dramatically, we recognized that there was even more value we could provide to our clients marketing mix so we searched for the addition of other company’s expertise.

Encore does not stop once an Email program is put into place. We work extremely hard to ensure that ALL of our clients’ marketing programs are linked together… setting them on a virtual marketing auto-pilot. Emails, Websites, Online Ordering, iPhone Apps and local promotions like b4-u-eat.com all promote one another to create a unique synergy whereby “the whole is more than the sum of its parts”. History
In the short time since Encore Loyalty first began with one client in December 2007, it has grown more quickly and diverse than we could have ever imagined. We knew that in order to be a successful Service oriented company, it would be critical to put our clients’ needs first. Our company’s founder had a vision to create a Marketing Company to service the needs of the Restaurant Industry whose principles continue to hold true today.

The company was built around the premise that we only offer solutions to restaurateurs that will actually work for them. Why in the world would you want to involve a Restaurant Owner in any marketing program that creates more work for them to do? Restaurateurs already have too much to do and adding one more “project” to their plate is avoided at all costs. It was obvious that there was a great need for a company that was capable of weaving many of their marketing platforms together and it needed to be a company that had a thorough working knowledge of their restaurant’s operation whose advice could be truly trusted.

Founder/CEO
Our Founder & CEO, Tim Rottet, has consulted with some of the finest restaurant groups in the country for the past 25 years and together they learned a great deal from one another. Mr. Rottet learned as much from his customers’ successes as he did their failures and the experiences he gained afforded him a greater insight into what the true marketing needs were for the Restaurant Industry.

With the advent of the Internet, marketing options for the average restaurant owner increased exponentially and an Industry that at one time knew very few details about their customers were now being presented with so many new ways to communicate with them, but… they just did not have the time to perform the necessary research that was required “to get the marketing job done”. Enter Encore Loyalty.
